Class Descriptions

Basic Stamping Learn about rubber stamp art and the “how to's” of the basic supplies: stamps, markers, ink pads and that amazing embossing powder.  Make 4 seasonal cards.  Class fee $18.   2 hours Note:  This is not a “scheduled” class but can be requested on Choose Your Class days.

Best Witches Spiders, bats, crows and cats….OH MY! Break out your potions and powders to brew up some tricks for treaters with these great Halloween greeting ideas with not just 3, but 5 cards!   2 hours, $20

Border Patrol  Creativity can’t be contained but it can border on magnificent! We’ll explore the various ways to apply borders to our greeting cards using punches, paper, ribbons and transparencies.  You’ll make at least 3 of 4 cards in 2 hours.  $18

Choose your class     Each week you have an opportunity to choose the class you want!  The first caller tells us what class they want on the days and times indicated and we will then offer that class to others.  There is no minimum on the number of class participants. Choose from any of the classes listed here.  PLEASE schedule your class at least 2 days in advance.

New Class: Charmed, I’m Sure Pendants, earrings and rings come together quickly when you mix your metals and use ready-made findings from Patera by Nunn Design and embellishments like Pebbles from Prima. Complete a necklace and matching ring in about an hour, $25

New Class Getting Punchy   Punch up your art...literally!  Punches are once again the latest and greatest tool and can be used to create borders, corners, frames or trim. The newest punches are intricate designs and easy to use. These projects give you just a few ideas. 4 cards in 2 hours, $20

Open Workroom  For $5 per person, you can use our classroom stamps, ink pads, markers and stamping tools to work on your own projects.  You must bring (or buy) your own paper, embossing powders, embellishments, paints, adhesives etc.  Please call ahead to confirm classroom availability 888 284-4363 or 542-4363

New Class: Potpourri We often have more ideas than themes for greeting cards. So every once in a while we’ll offer a class of different ideas like this one that uses our Clear Views Transparencies, dies, Cuttlebug, acetate and Metallic Rub Ons - a true potpourri of creativity! You will complete 4 cards in 2 hours, $20

Scene to be Heard  Rejoice in the wonders of scenic stamping which make our greetings loud and clear!  Create 3 cards using the brayer, multicolor inks, and, of course, the Cuttlebug and our Clear Views Transparencies.  2 hours  $18

New Class Share the Love  What do we create cards for if not to share the love?  We use a little bit of everything in these cards: Cuttlebug, stickers, ribbon, paper, punches, glitter glue and pretty, decorative papers.  Five cards in 2-2½ hours  $20

New Class Swinging Singles Few things are more fun or rewarding than creating your own art-to-wear except maybe giving them as gifts to your friends and hearing them praise your creativity! We’ll use trinkets and treasures from Ideology and Bottle Caps, Inc. to create two necklaces and an interchangeable magnetic insert in about an hour for $22

New Class: The Bird’s the Word Bird, bird, bird, the bird’s the word….what did that song mean anyway? You won’t be confused in this class when we let bird images sing out our greetings with punches, Cuttlebug, embossing folders, Clear Views and inks in four fun, new greeting card ideas. 2 hours for $20

Very Merry  The holiday season isn't always very merry when you are crunched for time and at a loss for holiday greeting card ideas!  Let us ring your bell and spread the cheer with some quick and elegant card ideas which will only look like you spent untold hours creating.  Shhhhhhh.....it'll be our secret!  2 hours  $20
