Creative Techniques for Altering White Paper

This exciting hands-on class is technique driven.   Sandi will share many of her unique techniques for transforming plain white paper into gorgeous little works of art! 

Students will have the opportunity to try several different techniques and to create many gorgeous papers and some unusual three dimensional accent pieces in a variety of sizes.  The papers and the three dimensional accent pieces can be used later for collage, altered art, jewelry, greeting cards, book binding…

Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of art materials including composition gold and silver leaf, Rubber Nature Design and Texture Sheets, ArtWalk Clay Molds, metallic paints, oil pastels, wax crayons, “hairless” paint brushes,  glitter, and fiber.


SUPPLIES STUDENTS NEED TO BRING:  Scissors; favorite adhesive. * ALL OTHER SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
